AAdvantage partnership to end
Our partnership with American Airlines AAdvantage will end March 31, 2014. You can continue to earn TrueBlue points on qualifying American international flights until then*. Any AAdvantage miles you've already earned are not affected.
After March 31, when you fly with JetBlue, you'll be able to earn your choice of TrueBlue points, Emirates Skywards Miles, or HawaiianMiles.
Earn TrueBlue points on American Airlines flights
Beginning November 18, 2010, TrueBlue members can earn TrueBlue points on American Airlines flights from New York's JFK and Boston to 15 international destinations**. To get your points, simply provide your TrueBlue number when booking these flights with American Airlines.
Points will be earned on American Airlines flights according to these charts:
Roundtrip flights from Boston, MA (BOS)
Roundtrip flights from New York, NY (JFK)

What if I already booked a flight on American Airlines for one of the eligible markets and didn't add my TrueBlue number?
For future flights, contact American Airlines with your confirmation number and TrueBlue number. For completed travel after November 18, 2010 you may request points for flights flown within 90 days, but no sooner than seven days after your flight. You may only request points for travel that occurred after November 18, 2010. To request points, go to the Request Missing Points page and look for the American Airlines section. Follow the directions on the page.
When can I expect my TrueBlue points to be credited to my account once I have completed my travel?
Point requests may take up to 30 days to post to your account, and your request history can be viewed in the Request History section within the TrueBlue site.
Can I redeem my TrueBlue points for travel on American Airlines?
No. At this time, TrueBlue members cannot redeem TrueBlue points for Award Travel on American Airlines.
