Combining your TrueBlue points together as a family makes earning points easier and faster.
You'll be able to contribute points to the family account upon joining Family Pooling initially and with each future transaction for zero transfer fees.
You can easily track your family's point progress, and soon enough, the Head of Household can redeem those Family Pooling points for Award Flights, JetBlue Getaways vacation packages or that dream trip on your family's Wishlist!
What else do I need to know?
Families can consist of up to 2 adults and 5 children. At a minimum, there must be 2 individuals in a Family Pooling account.
The Head of Household will manage all of the points in their Family Pooling account.
Any adult can start a Family Pooling account and be the Head of Household. You just have to be a TrueBlue member to get started.
An adult is anyone over the age of 21. A child is anyone under 21.
Upon accepting an invitation to begin pooling, each family member will select how many points to contribute upfront (with zero transfer fees) and the percentage of points they want to contribute on an ongoing basis per transaction.
Changes in contributions can be made once a year starting on the date the family account was formed.
Members are not permitted to join multiple different Family Pooling accounts.

A Family Pooling account can consist of up to 2 adults, age 21 and older, and up to 5 children, each under the age of 21. THE HEAD OF HOUSEHOLD (THE PERSON WHO STARTS THE FAMLY POOLING ACCOUNT) CONTROLS THE ACCOUNT. THE HEAD OF HOUSEHOLD CAN REDEEM TRUEBLUE POINTS FROM THE FAMILY POOLING ACCOUNT WITHOUT THE PERMISSION OF FAMILY MEMBERS. THE HEAD OF HOUSEHOLD CAN REMOVE ANY PERSON FROM THE FAMILY POOLING ACCOUNT AT ANY TIME, AND ALL TRUEBLUE POINTS WILL REMAIN IN THE FAMLIY POOLING ACCOUNT. IF YOU LEAVE A FAMILY POOLING ACCOUNT OR THE HEAD OF HOUSEHOLD REMOVES YOU FROM THE ACCOUNT, YOUR TRUEBLUE POINTS WILL REMAIN IN THE FAMILY POOLING ACCOUNT. You must contribute at least 10% of the TrueBlue Points that you earn to the Family Pooling account for every transaction starting after you accept an invitation to the Family Pooling . YOU CAN ONLY CHANGE YOUR CONTRIBUTION PERCENTAGE 1 TIME PER YEAR, BEGINNING 1 YEAR AFTER YOUR FAMILY CREATION DATE. You have the option upon accepting an invitation to join a Family Pooling account to make a one-time, no-fee transfer of any amount of TrueBlue Points in your individual TrueBlue account to the Family Pooling account. TRANSFER IS NON-REFUNDABLE. Any TrueBlue Point transfers you make after accepting the Family Pooling invitation will be subject to the applicable transfer fees and rules. IF YOU REMOVE YOURSELF FROM A FAMILY POOLING ACCOUNT, YOUR TRUEBLUE POINTS WILL STAY IN THE FAMILY POOLING ACCOUNT, AND YOU MAY NOT RE-JOIN THE ACCOUNT OR JOIN ANY OTHER FAMILY POOLING ACCOUNT FOR AT LEAST ONE (1) YEAR FROM THE DATE YOU WERE REMOVED.
